I work with a deliberately small number of agencies at any one time. When I take on your brief, it has my complete focus — not a share of it. The person you brief is the person who does every part of the work, from first conversation to signed offer and beyond.
I don't post your role on job boards and wait. I draw on a decade of genuine relationships across the UK agency scene to go and find the right people — including the ones who aren't actively looking but would move for the right opportunity, brought to them by someone they trust.
Every approach I make on your behalf is a reflection of you in the market. I take that seriously. The way I engage with talent — the care, the honesty, the professionalism — is an extension of how your agency shows up to the people you'd most want to hire.
Ten years in this niche means I understand your world deeply. I'll help you shape what the role actually needs to be, design an interview process that works, and give you honest input at every stage.
A decade embedded in the agency scene means I'm not cold-calling strangers. I have real relationships with the talent in this space — which means warmer conversations, more honest responses and a shortlist built on genuine knowledge, not keyword matching.
